Our client is seeking a Facade Designer / Senior Designer to join their team!

What you'll be doing?

• Design Development: Create facade shop drawings and design sketches, presenting innovative solutions for complex architectural challenges.

• Collaborative Problem-Solving: Participate in design meetings to address issues and present proposals, working closely with clients, contractors, architects, and consultants.

• Technical Expertise: Provide valuable technical advice to the team and raise RFIs for design or technical concerns.

• Project Management: Monitor shop drawing approvals, design changes, and additional scope of work, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.

• On-Site Support: Assist the project team with site issues when necessary, applying your expertise to real-world scenarios.

Who are they looking for?

• Educational Background: Candidates with a Diploma or Degree in architecture, design, or engineering-related disciplines.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential, with knowledge of Revit and Microsoft Office being advantageous.

• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Curtain Wall Systems is preferred, but not mandatory for those eager to learn.

• Personal Qualities: Detail-oriented individuals with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure are ideal for this role.
