Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team!
What you'll be doing?
Project Planning: Prepare construction sites, plan work schedules, and establish on-site offices to meet project objectives.
Progress Monitoring: Keep a close eye on project progress and ensure all deadlines are met.
Safety and Compliance: Conduct regular safety checks and ensure work complies with building regulations, safety codes, and quality standards.
Resource Management: Coordinate material deliveries and manage subcontractors and suppliers effectively.
Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for the company at the site, liaising with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Documentation: Prepare and submit essential documentation, including progress reports, method statements, and schedules.
Multi-Project Oversight: Demonstrate ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficiency across all sites.
Who are they looking for?
Educational Background: A degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant field, providing a strong foundation for the role.
Industry Experience: At least 8 years of experience in facade projects within Singapore, bringing valuable local insights.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Projects, Office, AutoCAD, and other relevant software tools.
Facade Expertise: Demonstrated experience in the Facade industry, contributing to the delivery of high-quality building envelope solutions.
