The Opportunity

• Permanent role with leader in air-conditioning technology
• Work location: Northeast Region
• Salary Up to $4000 with VB and allowances

A globally recognized leader in air-conditioning technology, headquartered in Singapore and specializing in advanced cooling solutions for data centers across Asia. This company works closely with subsidiaries and partners across various countries, ensuring operational excellence and maintaining its leadership position in the industry.

The ideal candidate for this role should be skilled in service, maintenance, commissioning, troubleshooting, installation, and warranty repair of their products. They must mentor the team, supervise subcontractors, and actively identify opportunities for additional services while ensuring sustainable growth.

The Job

• Perform service, maintenance, commissioning, troubleshooting, installation, warranty repair, and other specialized services on the complete product range.
• Complete service work to the highest standard, adhering to company policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
• Submit comprehensive service reports for each service order, or weekly if the work duration exceeds one week.
• Identify and promote new/additional services, parts, and products to customers, providing feedback on potential opportunities to the service office.
• Supervise subcontractors and maintain the highest safety standards at job sites.

The Talent

• NTC/Diploma in Building Services, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 year of experience in the M&E industry, preferably in Data Centers or mission-critical infrastructures.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting at client sites.
• Service-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and leadership ability.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, capable of interacting with individuals at all levels.

• Able to speak, read and write Mandarin fluently to liaise with Chinese-speaking counterpart

• Keen to relocate to Sigapore
