Adecco is partnering with a leading third-party distributor in the alcoholic beverages sector, specializing in logistics, market expansion, and efficient supply chain management across Southeast Asia's spirits industry

They are looking for a Facility Engineer to join and lead their growing team. The ideal candidate is a technically proficient facilities professional with strong M&E and electrical knowledge, proven experience in building maintenance and A&A works, familiarity with BMSMA regulations, and excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills. The Job

• Oversee day-to-day operations across industrial, commercial, and residential properties, ensuring smooth functionality and prompt issue resolution.
• Schedule and monitor maintenance activities, ensuring timely repair works and minimizing operational downtime.
• Conduct inspections, uphold building regulations, and ensure full compliance with safety and fire codes.
• Handle tenant relations, addressing feedback, complaints, and managing smooth handover/takeover processes.
• Liaise with service providers, monitor job scopes, and ensure services meet contractual standards.
• Maintain accurate records and assist in preparing performance and financial reports for management and stakeholders.

The Talent

• Holds a Diploma/Degree in Building or Estate Management with over 3 years of proven experience in building maintenance and facility operations.
• Proficient in basic electrical troubleshooting and hands-on M&E work, including the ability to interpret electrical diagrams effectively.
• Well-versed in BMSMA and related statutory requirements, ensuring full compliance during building operations and inspections.
• Experienced in managing fit-out, reinstatement, and A&A works, ensuring timely execution within scope and budget.
• A results-driven team player with strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to support operational needs beyond regular hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
• Able to speak, read and write Mandarin fluently to liaise with Chinese-speaking counterpart

• Keen to relocate to Singapore
