RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide after-sales service support, installation, commissioning, and repair of laboratory/ research/ analytical equipment
Provide technical consultation to customers
To respond to customers’ requests by troubleshooting problems and take corrective actions within targeted timeline
To prepare service reports
Able to understand technical drawing/troubleshooting charts
High level of electrical/electronic troubleshooting down to component level.
Experience with analytical instrument and related installation/preventive maintenance/service procedure (Liquid Handling)
Able to learn and assimilate new technology quickly
Provide quality repair and preventive maintenance service of company analytical equipment at customer site
REQUIREMENTS and TECHNICAL
Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Able to work independently and a team player
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail oriented , self-starter and coachable
High Level of troubleshooting attitude and adapt to multi-tasking environment
Ability to work under pressure and strong problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with good business acumen
Minimum 2 years of related work experience in service / maintenance within scientific industry will be an advantage
Understanding of robotic liquid handling equipment will be an advantage
Valid Class 3 driving license and personal vehicle will be an added advantage
