Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations

• Respond to customer inquiries with excellent service

• Process payments accurately at the designated counter

• Provide support for additional duties as assigned

Key Requirements:

• GCE "O" Level with at least 1 year of customer service experience

• Proactive, resourceful, and skilled at problem-solving

• Open to working rotating shifts, including weekends

Information:

• Work Location: Woodlands / Boon Lay

• Remuneration Package: Gross up to $2580

• Working Hours: 10am to 10pm or 10pm to 10am (2 hours meal break)

• Work shift: 4 days work, 2 days off
