Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and coordinate project documentation including schedules, specifications, and technical details with clients, consultants, project team members, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Lead discussions and resolve project management, specification, and technical issues to ensure project compliance and quality.
Coordinate, monitor, and assist subcontractors to ensure progress of work meets project schedules and standards.
Oversee daily site operations to ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are maintained.
Manage resources, timelines, and project budgets to achieve milestones and targets.
Liaise with clients and consultants to communicate project status, changes, and updates effectively.
Conduct site inspections and progress meetings to ensure adherence to contract requirements.
Identify and manage risks, and implement mitigation plans as necessary.
Ensure all project documentation, reports, and records are properly maintained and submitted timely.
Demonstrate flexibility and commitment to working 6 days a week, including site visits and coordination as required.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
Proven experience in project management roles within large-scale building, civil, institutional, or community centre projects.
Willingness to work 6 days per week and adapt to site demands.
Experience working with main contractors and managing subcontractors on site.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, specifications, and project management best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Proficient in project management software and MS Office tools.
