About the role

Affluent Wealth Management is seeking a motivated and driven Telemarketer to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. What you'll be doing

• Proactively calling potential clients to introduce our wealth management services and book appointments with financial advisors

• Handling inbound calls from clients and prospects, addressing inquiries and booking appointments as needed

• Maintaining a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to clients

• Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients to drive loyalty and referrals

• Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns and achieve lead generation goals

• Accurately logging all client interactions and maintaining up-to-date records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system

• Proven experience in a telemarketing or sales role, preferably within the financial services industry
