Responsibilities:
Coordinate with Care-off agents, boat operators, and forwarders for the collection of PODs and CASH.
Communicate with drivers, boarding officers, owner goods suppliers, and operations teams to obtain PODs and export documents.
Arrange for drivers to collect PODs and CASH from Care-off agents.
Follow up with the sales team to email the vessel or office for POD are not submitted onboard the vessel.
Generate and submit the weekly report on outstanding unsubmitted PODs and CASH.
Ensure all COD forms are completed, properly stamped and signed by the vessel, and upload into AX and update the cash book.
Ensure all POD collected from care off agents are scanned immediately.
Handle e-POD received and transfer to AR invoice folder.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of working experience in the ship supplying field.
Possess a Diploma or equivalent.
Salary: Basic up to $3,000 + AWS + VB
Time: Monday - Friday (8.30am to 5pm) and Saturday (8.30am to 12pm), 5.5 days' work week & alternate Saturdays
Location: Pioneer Sector
