Accounts Executive / Assistant - #1103320

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle and support full set of accounts including AR & AP within the organization.
• Work closely with the Accounts team to ensure smooth operation of all accounts matters.
• Input accounting data into the inhouse accounting system with speed and accuracy.
• Assist in the production of financial statements and applications, preparation of spreadsheets, reports and correspondence as required.
• Perform proper document filing and control.
• Perform bank reconciliation and assist in month end closing
• Organize and manage own workload to ensure your contribution to the company's monthly financial reporting process is achieved in a timely and accurate manner.
• Other ad-hoc request as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working and accounting experience.
• Exposure with Food & Beverage (F&B) industry will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently, with little supervision, resourceful, meticulous and organized.
• An effective team player with good interpersonal and able to work well with internal/external stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Words / Excel / Power Point.
• Positive attitude and a keen interest to learn.
• Able to commence immediately or within short notice will be an added advantage.
