Join one of Singapore's busiest and most prestigious organizations! Our client, a government statutory board, is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Officer to become an integral part of their dynamic team.
Working Hours:
Rotating Shift: 4 days work, 2 days off
10am to 10pm, 10pm to 10am (with 2 hours break)
Training & Uniform provided!
North Region!
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations
Respond to customer inquiries with excellent service
Process payments accurately at the designated counter
Provide support for additional duties as assigned
Key Requirements:
GCE O Level with at least 1 year of customer service experience
Proactive, resourceful, and skilled at problem-solving
Open to working rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
