Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily planning of customer order deliveries based on priority and schedule.

• Confirm delivery details with customers, including address, time, and any special instructions.

• Supervise order picking and coordinate with drivers to ensure all orders are ready for dispatch.

• Monitor and optimize delivery routes using route planning tools to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

• Track traffic conditions and make necessary route adjustments to ensure timely deliveries.

• Assign drivers appropriately and communicate any changes or instructions clearly and promptly.

• Ensure drivers are equipped with all necessary documentation and delivery instructions.

• Manage customer communications, including delivery updates, ETA, and inquiries.

• Handle and resolve delivery-related issues or complaints in a timely manner.

• Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, including timing, location, and issues encountered.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in food production or warehouse operations, with supervisory or team lead responsibilities

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility and urgency.
