Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate hospital bill estimates and advise patients/NOK on subsidies, schemes, and payment modes.

• Assist patients fill in necessary payment forms and refer those needing financial help to the relevant departments.

• Answer billing questions, collect deposits and payments (including for extra items like mobility aids), and process credit card/NETS transactions.

• Explain and help patients complete national subsidy forms (like MCAF/NEFR), ensure proper paperwork is submitted, and keep the system updated.

• Keep the work area neat, manage departmental emails and supplies, handle basic system updates, and support team projects when needed.

Requirements: 

• Diploma from finance, business administration, or other related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Min 1 year of experience in customer service or financial counselling.
