Job responsibilities:
Housekeeping coordinator on any housekeeping matters
Laundry coordinator, linen count
Kitchen store and linen store monthly stock check control
Preparation work to welcome guests check in eg keycards activation
Perform check-in for guests and highlight house rules during the check-in process
Ensure inspection of villas for cleanliness and functionality when guests check-in 4 hours before check-in time 3pm
Ensure no inventory items are missing under check out inspection days and report and escalate to operations manager
Any duties within resort job scope tasked by operations manager
Answer office landline and address customer queries
Period:
2 years contract (renewable)
Location:
Changi
Working Hours:
Mon to Fri: 8.30am - 6pm. Able to work staggered timing (11am - 8.30pm) at least once a week
Salary:
Up to $2,700
Requirements:
Diploma in hospitality or equivalent
Hospitality certification or experience
