About the Role

As an Export Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and growing our international business. This position is responsible for account servicing, coordinating orders with internal teams, and organising trade shows. Key Responsibilities

Customer Account Servicing

• Build strong, positive relationships with overseas customers.

• Respond promptly to enquiries, quotations, and order confirmations.

• Resolve issues with empathy and professionalism.

Order Management

• Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance to ensure timely order fulfilment.

• Prepare and process export documentation, including shipping instructions, invoices, and certificates.

• Monitor shipment schedules and proactively communicate updates to customers.

Trade Show & Event Management

• Plan, organise, and lead participation in trade shows and exhibitions.

• Coordinate booth setup, logistics, promotional materials, and event follow-up.

Internal Collaboration

• Work closely with internal teams to meet customer requirements.

• Support the continuous improvement of export processes.

Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in export sales, customer service, account management, or logistics coordination.

• Exposure to trade shows or events preferred.

• Familiarity with Incoterms, export documentation, and international shipping procedures.

Education

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
