Executive, Warranty - #1103171

Key Responsibilities

• Continuous process improvement to reduce warranty claims in line to meet biz objectives

• Be responsible for the analysis of warranty data & communicating with principle, cross functional teams to make report driven decisions

• High levels of customer service for all House of Brands, MAN, BYD, CRRC

• Liaise with principle to understand the warranty challenges, if any 

• Understand & accommodate the short/mid/long term requirements of the overall biz operation at STEMOS

• Responsibility to provide weekly updates of all warranty metrics to STEMOS management team

• Day-to-day warranty team members who are direct reports to warranty manager to meet committed departmental objectives & deliverables

• To submit warranty claim on-time

Requirements:

• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

• Ability to lead and motivate a team.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in using fleet management software and tools.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
