Key Responsibilities
Continuous process improvement to reduce warranty claims in line to meet biz objectives
Be responsible for the analysis of warranty data & communicating with principle, cross functional teams to make report driven decisions
High levels of customer service for all House of Brands, MAN, BYD, CRRC
Liaise with principle to understand the warranty challenges, if any
Understand & accommodate the short/mid/long term requirements of the overall biz operation at STEMOS
Responsibility to provide weekly updates of all warranty metrics to STEMOS management team
Day-to-day warranty team members who are direct reports to warranty manager to meet committed departmental objectives & deliverables
To submit warranty claim on-time
Requirements:
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using fleet management software and tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
