Project Cost & Contracts Officer ($4000 + AWS + VB) - #1103167

- Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon-Fri)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cost Management, Budgeting & Forecasting

• Monitor and track operational and project costs across logistics and warehousing.

• Analyze monthly expenditures vs. budget, identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Prepare cost estimates and support budgeting/forecasting processes.

• Report on cost performance, budget utilization, and EBITDA trends.

2. Contract Management

• Maintain customer/supplier contracts and ensure timely renewals.

• Support commercial terms negotiation and ensure proper documentation.

• Act as a liaison with stakeholders and legal teams on contract matters.

3. Accounts Payable Support

• Handle vendor onboarding, coding verification, and payment processing.

• Ensure compliance with audit and policy requirements.

• Coordinate with treasury and finance teams on approvals and issues.

4. Accounts Receivable Support

• Monitor AR status and ensure timely, accurate invoicing.

• Coordinate dispute resolution and maintain up-to-date billing records.

5. Corporate Governance & Reporting

• Support financial reporting for internal management and JV partners.

• Coordinate with outsourced finance and corporate secretaries on board meetings, filings, and compliance matters.

• Serve as a key point of contact for financial governance topics.

Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.

• 2–3 years' experience in cost control, contract admin, or commercial finance.

• Background in logistics/supply chain preferred.

• Strong Excel skills — able to work without a WMS/ERP system.

• Highly analytical, organized, and good with numbers.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
