Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage prospective clients through lead generation, networking, and cold outreach, particularly in sectors seeking digital transformation or business automation.
Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions leveraging our professional services and technology offerings.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product, and client servicing teams, to craft compelling proposals and pitches.
Maintain and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate forecasting.
Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to build market intelligence and develop new business opportunities.
Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies to support strategic business planning.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within a software, SaaS, or digital transformation environment.
Proven track record in B2B solution selling with consultative sales techniques.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
Experience working in or selling to professional services firms (e.g., legal, accounting, consulting) is an advantage.
