Our esteemed client is looking for Senior Executive-Assistant Manager (Inpatient Ops)

Job Responsibilities:  

• Oversee daily operations of assigned inpatient wards, including front desk services and coordination with Nurse Managers and stakeholders to resolve process issues.

• Drive improvements in customer experience, operational efficiency, and resource utilization.

• Monitor KPIs and recommend actions to enhance satisfaction levels.

• Work closely with stakeholders on ward infrastructure projects, ensuring minimal disruption, proper planning, compliance, and timely completion within budget.

• Support annual planning cycles (e.g. manpower, training, financial) and participate in special projects or workgroups to resolve issues and implement effective solutions.

• Handle patient feedback, oversee service recovery, and update relevant policies and procedures.

• Support hospital committees and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.

• Min 2-3 years of healthcare experiences

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building effective relationships.

• Ability to multitask and handle stress.
