Beauty Sales Associate

Are you passionate about beauty and love connecting with people? Join our dynamic team as a Beauty Sales Associate and help clients discover their best selves!

Locations: NEX, Wheelock Place, Toa Payoh, Jewel Changi Airport, Orchard Plaza, Ang Mo Kio, The Centrepoint.

Flexible Shifts:

• Morning: 10 AM - 6 PM

• Mid: 12 PM - 8 PM / 1 PM - 9 PM

• Closing: 2 PM - 10 PM

What You'll Earn & Enjoy

• Earn up to S$10,000/month (uncapped) with a high basic + high commission structure.

Your Role

• Provide personalized beauty consultations, understanding client needs and offering expert advice on skincare and cosmetics.

• Perform mini facials and hand demos, distribute samples, and guide customers to ideal products.

• Build strong, trusting relationships with clients to drive sales.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and go the extra mile.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked outlet.

• Continuously enhance product knowledge and act as a beauty expert.

• Conduct product training for peers and support daily retail operations/housekeeping.

What We're Looking For

• Proven customer-facing experience, ideally in beauty retail.

• Strong knowledge of skincare and cosmetics.

• Sales-oriented with a genuine passion for beauty.

• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
