About the role

We are seeking a skilled Drafter to join our dynamic team at Dong Jian (Singapore) Pte Ltd. As a Drafter, you will play a crucial role in the design and architectural development of our projects in the North Region. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth of our company.

What you'll be doing

• Producing detailed and accurate technical drawings and documentation to support the design and construction process

• Collaborating with architects, designers, and project managers to interpret project requirements and translate them into detailed plans

• Utilising computer-aided design (CAD) software to create and modify drawings, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations

• Providing support throughout the design and construction phases, responding to queries and addressing any technical issues that arise

• Maintaining a thorough understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant guidelines

• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our design and drafting processes

What we're looking for

• Diploma or degree in Architectural Drafting or a related field

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Drafter, preferably in the design and architecture industry

• Proficient in the use of CAD software, such as AutoCAD or SketchUp

• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality, accurate drawings

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with cross-functional teams

• A proactive and problem-solving mindset to ensure the successful delivery of projects
