RPA Developer (UiPath / Entry Level) - #1103069

We are seeking a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer to join our team and play a key role in delivering automation solutions that improve efficiency and productivity across business functions. This role goes beyond coding -- we're looking for someone who can also gather requirements, engage stakeholders, and drive meaningful automation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyze automation requirements
• Translate business processes into RPA workflows with clear documentation
• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using UiPath or equivalent tools
• Maintain and support existing automation workflows, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, and developers
• Provide training, demos, and documentation for users and teams adopting automation solutions
• Continuously explore ways to optimize and improve automated processes
• Stay updated on RPA trends, best practices, and UiPath ecosystem developments

 

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Experience in RPA development, preferably using UiPath
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to function as a hybrid RPA Developer + Business Analyst, translating business needs into automation solutions
• Prior experience in documenting business processes and gathering requirements is an advantage
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as C#, Python, or JavaScript
• Hands-on experience in delivering end-to-end automation projects from analysis to deployment.
