Job Brief
Reporting to the Project Manager (or Deputy Director in the absence of a Project Manager), the Project Executive will be integral to the successful delivery of our consulting projects. This role requires a proactive and highly organised individual with direct experience in the Food & Beverages (F&B) sector and a foundational understanding of food productivity concepts. The Project Executive will support the project team, engage with key stakeholders, and play a vital role in helping our clients transform and grow. This position is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to build a career in project management, with the potential to grow into a Project Manager role.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination and Administrative Support: Provide robust administrative and coordination support to the Project Manager. This includes developing project plans, tracking timelines, managing project documentation, and ensuring all project activities are executed smoothly.
Stakeholder Management and Communication: Assist in managing relationships with clients and other stakeholders. Support client-facing engagements by preparing meeting materials, documenting key discussions and action items, and ensuring timely and professional follow-up.
Productivity and Process Improvement: Apply a foundational knowledge of productivity principles, particularly those related to the food industry, to support project analysis and solution development. Assist in gathering and analysing data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Research and Analysis: Conduct targeted research on industry trends, best practices, and client-specific challenges within the F&B and lifestyle sectors to contribute valuable insights to the project team.
Documentation and Reporting: Meticulously maintain clear and organised project documentation. Assist in preparing regular progress reports and updates for management and clients.
Event and Logistical Support: Assist in the coordination of project-related events, workshops, and meetings, including handling on-site logistics as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: A Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Food Science, Hospitality, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of direct industry experience in the Food & Beverages (F&B) sector is preferred.
Skills:
Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English.
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at various levels.
Basic presentation skills, including that of creating engaging presentation materials for stakeholder engagement.
Exceptional organisational, administrative, and coordination abilities with a keen eye for detail.
A proactive and resourceful individual with strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
A keen desire to learn and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
