Job Description:
The Manager, Corporate Affairs, supports HomeTeamNS’s strategic development and organisational effectiveness by driving corporate planning processes, performance monitoring, and governance compliance. This role plays a critical part in translating insights into strategic recommendations, facilitating Board and Committee operations, and ensuring regulatory and policy adherence in alignment with HomeTeamNS’s mission and values.
Job Responsibilities:
Support the development and execution of HomeTeamNS strategic and corporate planning processes to advance its mission and impact.
Monitor, evaluate and report on organisation’s performance indicators, using dashboards, reporting tools and established frameworks.
Analyse data to provide actionable insights to improve organisational effectiveness.
Support the preparation and coordination of Board and Committee meetings, including agenda setting, collation of meeting materials, minute-taking, and follow-up actions.
Drive volunteers’ engagement, including organising of engagement activities, to strengthen community ties and support for HomeTeamNS
Maintain good documentation and version control of corporate and governance records.
Drive the team in ensuring compliance with the PDPA, implementing awareness initiatives or data protection protocols, audits, training, and documentation processes.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Governance, Law, or a related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in governance or corporate-related work, compliance, or data protection roles.
Professional certification on data protection (e.g., PDPA Practitioner Certification, CIPP/A) will be an added advantage.
Highly organised, meticulous, and able to manage multiple workstreams independently.
Strong written and oral communication skills
