Shipping Officer/Executive - #1103039

• Coordinating with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders to gather the necessary information and documents for shipments
• Preparing and processing customs documents, including commercial invoices, certificates of origin, and other required documents
• Generating and reviewing bills of lading, packing lists, and other shipping documents
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documents and comply with applicable international trade regulations.
• Filing and maintaining records of shipping documents
• Staying up to date on industry regulations, policies, and procedures related to shipping documentation
• Resolving any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the shipping process
• Provide timely updates and reports to management regarding the status of shipments.
• Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by supervisor/manager/management.

Job Requirements

• Candidate should possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies / Administration or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experiences
• Possess strong analytical skills and problem solving
• Required strong excel knowledge
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
• Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, meticulous, and possess good organizational skills.
• Committed and stay focus in completing the job / task within the specific deadline and during working hours
