Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage customers, offering personalized assistance upon approach.

• Provide expert product recommendations based on individual customer needs and preferences.

• Demonstrate product usage and share techniques to help customers achieve their desired results.

• Stay informed on the latest beauty trends, new product launches, and brand updates.

• Ensure the counter area remains clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.

• Accurately process transactions, including cash and card payments, using the POS system.

• Achieve sales goals by actively promoting and upselling products and services.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster brand loyalty and repeat visits.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of retail or beauty advisory experience (cosmetics, skincare, or fragrance)

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficiency in English and additional languages (is an added advantage)
