• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with at least 8 years of relevant sales experience in the power generation business.

• Solid proven direct and channel sales track record. Able to present and negotiate with senior executives and decision makers both internally and externally.

• Results driven, strong will to compete and win in a business environment.

• A good team player and enjoys interacting with people of all levels.

• Able to travel frequently and work independently.

• Experience in Data Center segment is critical to the growth of PS business.

• Strong technical knowledge of power generation products and solutions. Has good knowledge of industry standards and requirements.

• Strong people and communication skills that engages and motivate others. Able to stimulate new thinking and remain customer focused.

• Familiarity with data centre infrastructure, cooling systems, and power distribution requirements

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with customers at all levels

• Problem-solving and analytical skills to design and propose optimal solutions

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and support project implementation

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
