Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with at least 8 years of relevant sales experience in the power generation business.
Solid proven direct and channel sales track record. Able to present and negotiate with senior executives and decision makers both internally and externally.
Results driven, strong will to compete and win in a business environment.
A good team player and enjoys interacting with people of all levels.
Able to travel frequently and work independently.
Experience in Data Center segment is critical to the growth of PS business.
Strong technical knowledge of power generation products and solutions. Has good knowledge of industry standards and requirements.
Strong people and communication skills that engages and motivate others. Able to stimulate new thinking and remain customer focused.
Familiarity with data centre infrastructure, cooling systems, and power distribution requirements
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with customers at all levels
Problem-solving and analytical skills to design and propose optimal solutions
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and support project implementation
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
