We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Manager based in our Singapore headquarters to guide our Singapore HR initiatives, actively collaborate with our Malaysia HR operations, and contribute to TG Group’s ongoing growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. HR Strategy & Leadership
Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives, working closely with senior leaders and department heads.
Lead, coach, and manage the Singapore-based HR Business Partner, and guide two Talent Management Executives based in Malaysia.
Policy, Compliance & Risk Management
Design, update, and oversee HR policies, ensuring full compliance with Singapore and Malaysia labour laws (MOM, TADM, EPF/SOCSO, JTKSM).
Manage audits and act as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities, ensuring smooth interactions and compliance reporting.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Drive effective recruitment strategies to attract and onboard high-calibre talent.
Collaborate actively with Malaysia HR operations on manpower planning and administrative processes.
4. Performance, Rewards & Succession Planning
Develop and maintain competitive compensation frameworks (including PWM-aligned for SG) that clearly reward performance.
Oversee performance management systems, cascading clear and measurable KPIs aligned to group goals.
Ensure robust succession plans for critical positions.
5. Employee Engagement & Culture
Conduct regular engagement surveys (eNPS ≥ +30) and champion initiatives that foster employee satisfaction, collaboration, and retention.
Actively mediate grievances, ensuring a positive and compliant workplace culture.
6. Learning & Development
Develop and approve training programs aligned with business objectives and employee growth.
Measure training effectiveness and leverage available government grants (HRD Corp in Malaysia).
7. HR Data & Resource Efficiency
Champion HR analytics, drive process improvements and automation, achieving tangible efficiency gains and cost savings.
8. Cross-Border Collaboration (SG MY)
Actively partner with Malaysia HR Manager and operations team to ensure seamless “One HR” service delivery across jurisdictions.
Who We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields; professional HR certifications (SHRM, CIPD, IHRP-CP) highly advantageous.
At least 8 years’ progressive HR experience, including 3+ years handling Singapore HR statutory compliance; experience with Malaysia Employment Act highly preferred.
Strong experience liaising with regulatory authorities (MOM, TADM, JTKSM, EPF/SOCSO, IRAS/PCB).
Proven ability to lead HR projects impacting ≥ 500 employees or delivering measurable business outcomes.
Highly proficient with HR systems (HRIS, payroll), project management tools (Wrike), and analytics tools (Excel, BI).
Excellent communication skills; bilingual in English and conversational Chinese preferred.
