ESCALATIONS SPECIALIST (Customer Service)- $2550, Resume Boost - #1103009

RecruitFirst is hiring Escalations Specialist! You will be outsourced to:

Job Details: 
Location: Midview City

Working Hours:  
Shift A: 7am – 4pm
Shift B: 9am – 6pm
Shift C: 2pm – 11pm

Salary: $2,550 per month basic + $10 per day shift allowance (for 2pm-11pm shifts) + $200 KPI incentives (if hit KPI)

Responsibilities:

• Answer all open/escalated issues with urgency correspondence from customers via call, email or salesforce. (No in-person handling) (within stipulated SLAs)

• Monitor and report potential risks such as outages or bugs
  
   Requirements
  Experience in front facing, retail or F&B, handling complaints will be advantageous
