Quantity Surveyor (5 days / A1 Main Contractor / MRT project) (ID: 679600) PNHP - #1102998

Our client, a well-known A1 main contractor in the construction industry, is looking for candidates for the position of Quantity Surveyor.

Responsibilities:

• Assist and support the Contracts Manager in contract/commercial administration including measurement and sourcing, purchasing, procurement, progress payment certification and/or variation order.

• To support and work with operation team to manage the sub-contractors/suppliers to ensure site activities are on schedule and prompt payment to sub-contractors/suppliers.

• Other quantity surveying duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

• 1-2 years of relevant working experience (measurement, sourcing of suppliers, and quotations).

• Prior LTA project experience.
