The Role

As a Cleaning Technician, you will:

• Perform blasting, chemical cleaning, steam cleaning, and vibro polishing on aircraft components.

• Operate cleaning equipment and tools in accordance with safety standards.

• Assist the cell leader in managing production work-in-progress (WIP) and operational equipment.

• Ensure cleanliness and quality of components before further processing.

• Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and job status.

• Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols.

• Work in a hot environment and handle physically demanding tasks.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

• Uphold workplace safety and cleanliness standards.

• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.

What Are We Looking For?

• Are prepared to work in a hot and industrial environment.

• Are willing to work rotating shifts including weekends if required.

• Are hardworking, reliable, and eager to learn.

• Can follow instructions and work independently or in a team.

• Have basic mechanical or technical aptitude (training provided).

• Are safety-conscious and detail-oriented.

• Have prior experience in industrial cleaning or blasting (preferred but not required).

• Are punctual and committed to maintaining high standards.

• Hold relevant certifications (e.g., WSQ, Nitec) – an advantage.
