Profile:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team on-site in Singapore. This internship provides hands-on experience in the recruitment lifecycle - from sourcing to pre-onboarding, while working closely with the Talent Acquisition team.
Key Responsibilities
Support the end-to-end recruitment process.
Draft and manage job postings across platforms.
Assist in sourcing and screening resumes to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews.
Maintain the candidate database and assist in recruitment reporting.
Assist with employer branding and campus outreach efforts.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a reputable university.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
Genuine interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to commit to an on-site role in Singapore.
