Profile:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team on-site in Singapore. This internship provides hands-on experience in the recruitment lifecycle - from sourcing to pre-onboarding, while working closely with the Talent Acquisition team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process.

• Draft and manage job postings across platforms.

• Assist in sourcing and screening resumes to identify qualified candidates.

• Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews.

• Maintain the candidate database and assist in recruitment reporting.

• Assist with employer branding and campus outreach efforts.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a reputable university.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.

• Genuine interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.

• Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be able to commit to an on-site role in Singapore.
