We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CS/ Logistics Support Clerk to assist with tracking Purchase Orders (POs) and Delivery Orders (DOs), providing clerical support to the Customer Service and Logistics teams, and ensuring accurate data entry for invoicing. This role plays a vital part in maintaining smooth operational workflows and ensuring timely communication between suppliers, internal teams, and finance.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and track the full lifecycle of POs and DOs from issuance to delivery completion.
Follow up with internal departments on outstanding orders.
Perform accurate and timely data entry related to POs, DOs, and invoices into the internal systems.
Support the invoicing process by verifying delivery documentation and ensuring proper records are submitted to finance.
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams to confirm delivery status and documentation.
Respond to internal and external inquiries related to order status, deliveries, and invoicing.
Maintain up-to-date records of supplier communications, delivery notes, and invoice tracking logs.
Perform other administrative or clerical duties as assigned.
