Manager, Medical Informatics (Gov Healthcare, Operations) #HKN

Location: West

Working Hours: Mon to Fri, Office Hours

Job Description:

• Collaborate with planning leads and hospital operations teams to design effective workflows

• Liaise between end users and clients

• Facilitate workshops and coordinate meetings with stakeholders to understand requirements and develop appropriate workflows

• Coordinate meetings, book venues, collate agenda, minutes writing and arrange for catering requirements when necessary. Maintain filing system, manually or electronically in shared drive.

• Manage and consolidate EMR change requests for presentation at weekly meeting

• Act as liaison between CMIO and end users for clarifications and approvals

• Ensure hospital-level MI office responsibilities are met

• Support the CMIO in MI-related activities

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in preferably healthcare, computer science, business or related field

• Post-graduate training in a relevant topic/specialty will be an advantage

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Healthcare Operations and 3 years' experience in managing a team

• Experience in project management is preferred.

• Experience in clinical systems implementation is advantageous.
