Service Coordinator
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate and service job scheduling
Monitoring service progress
Communicating with service technician
Liaising with customer and provide good customer service and attend to their enquiries
Provide support to the Service/After Sales Department
Involve with ERP pertaining to Service Department issue
Monitoring attendance records of service technician
Requirements
Diploma or Technical Education
Excellent multi-lingual and interpersonal skills
Excellent time-management with consistent follow-up skills
Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with contacts
Basic spare parts knowledge preferable
Proficient in Microsoft Office and preferable with ERP experience
