Luxury Retail Sales Advisor (Fashion) - #1102864

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sales Advisor to join a well-known international luxury fashion brand. This role is ideal for individuals who are driven by exceptional customer service, have a keen eye for styling, and are eager to represent a prestigious name in fashion.

1. Customer Experience & Service

• Deliver premium, personalised service to every client

• Build strong, long-term relationships with VIP clients and regular shoppers

• Resolve complaints and after-sales issues professionally and efficiently

1. Sales & Performance

• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets (KPIs)

• Upsell and cross-sell based on client preferences and styling expertise

• Stay updated on promotions, collections, and brand campaigns

1. Styling & Product Knowledge

• Remain well-informed on seasonal collections, fabrics, fits, and trends

• Provide styling advice and complete outfit recommendations

1. Visual Merchandising

• Maintain and refresh store displays in line with brand standards

• Replenish stock and ensure visual presentation meets luxury standards

• Keep fitting rooms and cashier counters tidy and welcoming

1. Store Operations

• Support daily store opening and closing procedures

• Assist with stock management, inventory checks, and deliveries

• Operate POS system to process transactions, exchanges, and returns

• Experience in fashion or luxury retail brands

• Passion for luxury fashion and styling

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Fluent in English (Mandarin or other languages is an advantage)
