Senior Fire Safety Manager (5.5 days) - #1102853

Duties:

• Supervise building fire safety maintenance

• Ensure compliance with Fire Code capacity

• Conduct daily fire hazard checks and drills

• Prepare and execute Emergency Response Plan

• Train and coordinate CERT and building occupants

• Oversee Fire Command Centre during emergencies

• Evaluate and implement Arson Prevention and Emergency Response Plans

• Notify authorities of fire incidents promptly

• Organize campaigns and training for a fire-safe environment

• Submit yearly reports as per regulations

• Conduct fire risk assessments regularly

• Implement and supervise Hot Work Permit system

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in related fields in Facility Management or equivalent

• SFSM certificate with 3 years practicing experience in commercial buildings

• 5.5 working days/week
