Together, We Can Make A Significant Impact
You will lead the technical development and delivery of advanced energy systems projects, starting with the AGIL Battery Management System (BMS) and extending into future energy solution such as solid-state battery technology. The role requires deep expertise in power system design, integration, and high-level oversight of complex electrical engineering projects. The successful candidate will act as a key technical authority, mentor to junior engineers, and a client-facing subject matter expert, ensuring alignment with industry standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements.
Be Part of Our Success
Lead the design, development, and integration of battery management systems and advanced energy technologies such as solid-state batteries
Conduct complex power system studies, including load flow, protection coordination, and stability analyses
Oversee system integration efforts for energy storage and power distribution systems
Provide high-level technical guidance throughout project life cycles from proposal to commissioning
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, software, and systems engineers to deliver complete solutions
Prepare and review technical documents including specifications, reports, and design packages
Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand technical requirements and translate them into engineering solutions
Mentor and supervise junior engineers and serve as a technical reviewer for engineering deliverables
Ensure designs comply with relevant safety standards, codes, and regulations
Contribute to strategic initiatives such as the Agile Energy Services Hub and other business growth areas
Qualities We Value
Masters/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in power systems engineering or energy technology development
Proven experience in battery management systems and/or energy storage system integration
Strong understanding of power electronics, control systems, and embedded systems
Experience with simulation tools such as PSCAD, ETAP, PSSE, or MATLAB/Simulink
Familiarity with relevant standards (e.g., IEEE, IEC) and regulatory frameworks
Strong project management and leadership skills, with experience leading engineering teams
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Strong communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with clients and stakeholders
Previous experience working on R&D or innovation projects is a plus
