Project Manager (ELV) - #1102801

Job Description
• Coordinate and support day-to-day operations of ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) and electrical system installation works on-site.
• Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and supervising project activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements to ensure proper implementation.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for project coordination and issue resolution.
• Prepare and update project documentation, including progress reports, method statements, and material submissions.
• Monitor work progress and conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements.
• Assist in managing manpower allocation, material logistics, and site resources.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities for ELV and electrical systems.
• Attend project and coordination meetings and report updates to management.

Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in ELV and/or electrical project coordination, preferably in Singapore’s construction or building services industry.
• Familiarity with ELV systems such as CCTV, Access Control, PA Systems, Structured Cabling.
• Knowledge of Singapore’s building codes, electrical regulations, and site safety standards.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical/ELV drawings and technical documentation.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
• Possession of a valid CSOC or Work-at-Height certification and PMP Certificates is an advantage.
