Job Responsibilities

• Create accurate floor plans, sections, elevations, and 3D models using CAD software based on design requirements.

• Coordinate with team members and industry professionals for drawing submissions, approvals, and revisions.

• Collaborate closely with designers, architects, and clients to ensure alignment with design intent.

• Assist in material and finish selections, incorporating them into drawings and visual presentations.

• Revise drawings per feedback while ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

• Maintain project documentation and conduct site visits to ensure design implementation accuracy.

Requirements

• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar).

• Basic understanding of interior design principles and building regulations.

• Prior experience in drafting for interior design or architecture is preferred.
