Responsibilities

Optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and output
Troubleshooting and resolving production or CNC/ Grinding/Milling/ EDM equipment
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve technologies and processes
Ensuring compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental standards

Requirement

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Minimum 2 years' experience in a production engineering role, preferably in the precision engineering industry
Proven track record of driving process improvements and optimizing production
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in Chinese to liaise directly with Chinese counterpart in China
