Quantity Surveyor - #1102769

Responsibilities

1.       To submit the VOs to consultant timely based on latest Archi drawings compared to contract drawings.

2.       To make tabulation for quantities varies (Civil and Archi) and briefing to commercial team/project team leader/consultant.

3.       To prepare unit rate/Request for Quotation if the item not indicate in the SOR.

4.       To regularize the back-charge form between sub-con to sub-con, main-con to sub-con.

5.       To regularize the abortive works contemporary record as per site inspection, coordinate with site team for properly VO records.

6.         To review variation request order, assess the associated variation costs, processing of progress payment and final account.

7.         To work closely with the Project Team providing cost and financial advice as well as contractual support and advice during construction.

Requirements

• Civil or Architecture background.

• 3 Years of working experience in Building Construction Sector.

• Strong technical background with sound knowledge of contract drawing and post-contract drawings.

• Able to work independently and be a good team player as well.

• Possess excellent people skills with the ability to integrate within a multi-disciplinary team and communicate.

• Knowledge in computer software such as MS Words, MS Excel, etc.

• Processes good working attitude.
