Senior Executive, Finance (Govt Healthcare) - #1102768

Our client is looking for an individual to serve as a vital financial partner by supporting clinical and operational teams through business-focused collaboration in a healthcare organisation. You will evaluate and review new programs and initiatives, monitor expenditures, implement cost control strategies, and conduct sustainability and benchmarking analyses.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to improve understanding of expenses, performance, and strategic alignment.
• Prepare financial reports and program-level analyses to drive insights and cost control.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and regular financial performance reviews with stakeholders.
• Provide financial advice and ensure compliance with policies and workflows.
• Develop expertise in healthcare financials to deliver analysis on cost drivers, benchmarking, recovery, and pricing.
• Contribute to finance process improvements and control enhancements.
• Support system implementations and related change management activities.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
• Degree in Accountancy/Finance
• Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) , and/or Costing & Pricing knowledge is advantageous
• Experience in data visualisation tools, SAP (FI-CO and ISH) is advantageous
• At least 1 - 2 years of of relevant work experience
