About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Motor Insurance Executive to join our team at Meta Agency Pte Ltd in the Woodlands North Region. As a Motor Insurance Executive, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality customer service and support for our motor insurance products. This full-time position presents an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in the administrative support and customer service domain.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling customer inquiries, processing claims, and providing assistance with policy renewals and amendments
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and policy information
  • Collaborating with the underwriting and claims teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Generating and analysing reports to identify areas for process improvements
  • Assisting with the administration of motor insurance policies, including issuing documents and managing policy documentation
  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients

  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
  • Excellent organisational and administrative abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of the motor insurance industry or a willingness to learn
  • Experience in a similar administrative or customer service role is preferred
  • A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work well in a team
