Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily operations and e-commerce fulfillment.
Develop and manage sales strategies to grow B2B and B2C customer base
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, EDMs)
Build strong relationships with corporate and retail clients
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Facilitate the order process from start to end (Order processing, invoicing, and completion)
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Respond to customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information
Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.
Communicate customer feedback, update databases and customer records
Communicate with drivers and resolve missed/unfulfilled deliveries.
Monitor and address issues related to order fulfillment and shipping.
Experience in ERP systems such as processing invoices, e.g. AR/AP, will be an advantage.
Liaise with the Warehouse Team on stock inventory when necessary.
Execute general administrative duties, filing, and scanning on a daily basis.
Provide administrative support to office and team as required in a timely, proactive, and diligent manner.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing or E-Commerce environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and familiarity with E-commerce platforms.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
