About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in civil works construction to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in cost management, contract administration, and ensuring the commercial success of our infrastructure projects in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review cost estimates, and budgets.

• Evaluate and recommend subcontractor quotations and claims

• Measure quantities and prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts

• Assist in contract negotiation and administration

• Track project costs and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle

• Liaise with project managers, consultants, and clients on contractual and commercial matters

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or Civil Engineering

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Singapore construction industry (civil projects preferred)

• Familiar with Singapore construction contracts (e.g., SIA, PSSCOC, or similar)

• Proficient in quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and MS Excel

• Strong attention to detail, analytical, and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience:

• Previous involvement in civil infrastructure works such as drainage, roads, utility diversion, or lift shaft structures
