Location: Tuas

Job Responsibilities

Process purchase orders for spare parts, engineering materials and internal customers.
Communicate with vendors to obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and resolve delivery issues
Track order status and maintain accurate procurement records
Coordinate with engineering teams to understand technical requirements
Ensure timely delivery of materials to support project schedules
Reconcile invoices and resolve discrepancies
Research potential suppliers and recommend if suitable
Submit monthly procurement reports to superior.

Job Requirements

1 - 2 years of relevant experience in the spare parts trade
