• Experience in handling more than 5000 assets with different departments

• Administering vendor relationships and working with the team for asset updates

• Discover and evaluate the potential risk

• Assign the assets to the Employees and update the Database

• Managing the movement of assets

• Monitoring the Incident/SR Queue management in ITSM/service now

• Followup and close the SR and Incidents if required

• Maintaining the HOTO form for all the deployment SRs

• Updating the inventory in ITSM

Requirement

• Min. ITE/Diploma graduate with 2 years’ experience in desktop support

• Minimum 1+ Experience in using ITSM / Service Now or relevant asset management tool

• Good Knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Word)

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Good coordination skills

• Ability to prioritize effectively and work with a sense of urgency

• Effectively communicates with teammates and managers
