Remuneration & Location

• Basic Salary: Up to $3,000/month

• Bonus: Attractive Variable Bonus

• Location: Woodlands

• Working Hours:
    Mon - Fri: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
    Sat: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Job Summary

We're on the lookout for a Quantity Surveyor who can:

• Manage project costs

• Communicate with stakeholders

• Ensure compliance with building standards

Your Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates & tender documents

• Develop cost-saving strategies

• Monitor project costs and align with contract law

• Ensure compliance with building regulations

• Coordinate with contractors & subcontractors

• Advise on contractual matters & claims

• Prepare accurate progress claims

Requirements

• Min. Diploma in any field

• Min. 1 year experience as a Quantity Surveyor
