Must be comfortable working in Telco environment

• Provision, implementation, test and turn up of customer and internal telco WAN services in cooperation with the customer and field services teams.

• Technical point of contact for company internal stakeholders for issues related to service provisioning.

• Technical validation of customer provisioning telco WAN workorders.

• Remote troubleshooting and fault finding if issues occur upon initial installation.

• Pro-active escalation, follow-through and liaison with appropriate departments to resolve technical issues which may impact delivery timescales or quality.

• Provision, implementation, test and turn up of customer telco WAN services in cooperation with the customer and field services teams.

• Independently leading the migration of telco circuits.
